Jesus came to seek and to save the lost (Lk. 19:10). As we do what Jesus did, we want to seek out the hurting that we may share Jesus' love with them. Here are a few ways this happens with First Baptist Fairbury:

Whether it's participating with the community in Trunk or Treat, volunteering in nursing homes, or interacting with our community in other ways, we want to show God's love to our neighbors.

We participate in the ministry of Operation Christmas Child by filling shoeboxes that are then given as Christmas gifts to poverty-stricken children around the world. Each year, we also send a group of volunteers to help process the boxes for shipping.

Through our partnership with the American Baptist Churches of America, we support various missions and relief efforts around the world. One of the specific missionary couples we support is J.D. and Rhonda Reed in their ministry in Bolivia.
